BPG Express Shuttle Service

Streamline your workday and commute with ease on the BPG Express Shuttle!

Free to all BPG|360 tenants, riders can use this courtesy shuttle to get picked up and dropped off anywhere within Downtown Wilmington and the Riverfront.

THE DETAILS

  • When: Available Monday-Friday from 7AM to 8PM

  • Who: All BPG Tenants. Space for up to 10 passengers.

  • Where: Downtown and Riverfront Wilmington (see map)

  • How: Similar to popular rideshare apps, the shuttle can be called using the Tripshot app or by contacting the driver directly at 302.598.1230.

Download TripShot to Ride

BPG|360 provides riders the TripShot App for a seamless shuttle experience. Download from the app store for boarding passes, true-time shuttle tracking, and on-demand booking.

First Time Riders:

  1. Download TripShot from the app store.

  2. Enter the Service Name BPG360

  3. Select Sign Up. Enter your work email address to create an account.*

  4. Login to begin Trip Planning and Riding the BPG Express Shuttle.

  5. Enable Location Services and True-Time push notifications.

*Only verified tenant email domains are able to create an account. If you have issues signing up, please contact Nancy Windsor at nwindsor@bpg360.com.

 

Book A Ride:

  1. From the Home screen, navigate to On Demand.

  2. Enter your Destination anywhere within the service area.

  3. Review your pickup location and the pickup/drop off times. *Location services must be enabled to identify service area.

  4. Click Request A Ride to confirm your trip!

  5. Once confirmed, you can view real-time location and accurate ETAs of the vehicle, view driver and vehicle details, and cancel the trip if needed.

  6. If you have any issues with your pick up location, you can contact the driver directly at 302.598.1230

 

Best Practices

Servicing over 500 people each week, we recommend the following practices to best take advantage the shuttle:

  • Plan ahead during peak times, in the morning and evening, when most users are booking a ride.

  • Schedule your ride in advance using the TripShot App.

  • Sign up for notifications to be alerted when the shuttle is out of service.

  • Have an alternate source of transportation if your schedule is not flexible.
