Ralph Rossi, Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations
Ralph oversees all aspects of BPG|360's commercial portfolio including leasing, construction, maintenance, security and tenant relations. A majority of his time is spent finding operational efficiencies and cost savings by utilizing the portfolio's total size and scale.
Paul Watts, Director of Operations
Paul oversees the day-to-day operations of BPG|360’s property management teams focusing on tenant service, preventative maintenance, vendor relations and all major capital projects with the commercial office portfolio. He started his career in the commercial real estate industry in 1990 and brings extensive knowledge of building operations, critical systems and design criteria.
Nikki Bettin, Administrative Manager
Nikki coordinates all contract administration for the commercial team. Her primary responsibilities include processing purchase orders, service contracts and construction agreements for the office portfolio. Additionally, Nikki provides assistance with oversight of our online work order management system to ensure our tenants are receiving first class service.
Lisa Bariglio, Property Manager
Lisa joined BPG in 2018 and brings with her over ten years of commercial real estate experience to the company ranging from development, multi-family, construction, retail and office brokerage, asset management, and off campus student housing acquisitions and dispositions. Lisa manages 500 Delaware Avenue, a Class A Office building in Wilmington’s CDB, Greenville Crossing I & II Retail Center in prominent Greenville, Delaware, and third party manages The Wharf a 400,000SF office building HQ to the Philadelphia Union in Chester, PA.
Joining BPG in 2008, Tad has over a decade of experience managing ten historical buildings along the Market Street corridor. In addition to the commercial properties along Wilmington’s Market Street, he also oversees 1105 North Market Street, also known as the IM Pei building. Tad graduated from Washington College with a BA in Art History.
Tracy McCausland, Property Manger
Tracy joined BPG in 2015 with our Residential Division as the Manager for Luxia Suites. Prior to joining BPG, she worked in residential property management for corporate housing. In both roles, Tracy was responsible for overseeing the day to day operation for multiple locations with over 300 residents. Tracy manages Delaware Corporate Center and Bellevue Corporate Center and has a degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
Tom began his career in property management in 1995 after a 26-year career with the City of Wilmington’s Police Department. In 2003, he joined BPG when the company acquired Concord Plaza and Foulkstone Plaza. Since joining the company, he also oversees property management of our Newark properties including the Iron Hill Corporate Center and the Christiana Corporate Center.
Anthony Russo, Property Manager
Anthony began his career in property management in 1990, joining BPG in 2014. He was the 1997 RPA scholarship recipient from the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Institute in NY, a distinct real estate designation within our business. Anthony currently oversees out northern Pennsylvania properties in the Conshohocken, Blue Bell and King of Prussia markets. Anthony graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
Kevin D Schreiber Sr, Property Manager
Kevin joined BPG in 2007. He began his career in commercial property management in 1998, overseeing several properties in the Baltimore central business district. Kevin currently manages One North Charles, a commercial high rise located in Baltimore’s CBD. Prior to starting in real estate, Kevin spent 21 years in the United States Marine Corp, retiring as a Gunnery Sergeant. He is active with his local American Legion Post, currently serving on the Board of Directors as a Finance Officer.
Patrick Mundy, Commercial Construction Manager
Pat joined BPG in 2011 and has over 30-years of experience from the construction industry.He brings an expansive knowledge of all phases for commercial construction. Pat is heavily involved on each project from estimating and pre-construction surveys, through completion of the project. He has a detailed approach to fully understand the design, budget, and schedule further offering a customized
John Snyder, Director of Security and Safety
John oversees fire, life, safety and security (F/L/S/S) operations, maintenance and planning throughout our commercial portfolio. With over 25 in Safety and Security Operations, John’s unique viewpoint allows him to custom tailor emergency action plans and procedures to fit the nature and needs of each building and tenant.
Ed Levering, Director of HVAC Services
With over 30 years in the HVAC industry, Ed’s experience and value is immeasurable. His input on building operations not only provides the tenant a more comfortable experience, but a more cost effective one as well. Additionally, Ed provides technical support to our onsite maintenance team and contractors on any issues that may arise with the HVAC system over time.
Jeff Reed, Director of Information Technology
Jeff joined BPG in 2016 and provides strategic oversight of the IT Department. Jeff provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the company. Jeff has over 25 years in the information technology field.
Prior to joining BPG, Jeff has spent 25 years in the information technology space, most recently as the IT Director for the Delaware Department of Justice. Prior to that position, Jeff worked in various IT roles for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, JPMorgan Chase and the DuPont Hospital for Children.
Jay oversees all accounting operations at BPG, from operational activities to financial reporting. He manages the property controllers, financial analysts, accounts payable and procurement teams that service the operational activities of the assets within the portfolio. Additionally, Jay supervises the financial reporting function for all properties in the portfolio.
